What is a Ceramic Coating?
A ceramic coating is a long-term durable, transparent layer on your car's paint that acts as a barrier against environmental contaminants such as dirt, road salt, bird droppings, and UV rays.
They make your paint hydrophobic, meaning that water and dirt are less likely to stick to the surface due to its slick nature.
Ceramic coatings also make your car easier to clean and maintain, reducing the frequency of washing and the effort required.
Best of all, they enhance the depth and clarity of your car's paint, giving it a glossy finish that can make it look brand new.
Benefits of Getting Your Car Ceramic Coated
Ceramic coating your car offers several benefits that can make it a worthwhile investment:
Paint Protection: Ceramic coatings create a durable, transparent layer on your car's paint that acts as a barrier against environmental contaminants such as dirt, road salt, bird droppings, and UV rays. This helps prevent oxidation and fading of the paint over time.
Enhanced Gloss and Shine: The coating enhances the depth and clarity of your car's paint, giving it a glossy finish that can make it look brand new.
Ease of Cleaning: The hydrophobic nature of ceramic coatings means that water and dirt are less likely to stick to the surface. This makes your car easier to clean and maintain, reducing the frequency of washing and the effort required.
Longevity: Compared to traditional waxing or sealants, ceramic coatings can last much longer—typically several years—before needing reapplication, depending on the product and maintenance.
Resale Value: A well-maintained ceramic coating can preserve the exterior condition of your car, potentially increasing its resale value by protecting the paint from scratches and swirl marks.
Chemical Resistance: Ceramic coatings provide resistance against chemical stains and etching from acidic contaminants, which can damage unprotected paint.
Overall, while ceramic coating involves an upfront cost and some maintenance requirements (such as periodic washing with pH-neutral products), many car owners find the long-term benefits in terms of appearance, protection, and ease of maintenance justify the initial investment.

Ceramic Coating FAQs
Can I wash my car after the coating is installed?
Once the coating is applied, the vehicle should not get wet for the first 24 hours so it can fully cure.
Can I get the just coating installed without the prep work or paint correction?
We do not apply coatings to vehicles that have not gone through the proper prep and correction as you will not reap the benefits of a coating without it.
Do I still need to wash my car after it gets coated?
A ceramic coating makes it much easier to maintain your vehicle, but you still need to wash it on a monthly basis. Like most things, in order for the coating to last, it needs proper maintenance.
Will a ceramic coating make my paint scratch-proof?
A lot of coatings claim they are scratch-resistant, which they are, but not to the degree you think. When we say the coating will resist light scratches, we genuinely mean very light scratches from using a quality towel that you’re wiping off a spray wax. It’s not meant to mean it can prevent rock chips or other kind of impacts.
