By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from JD Car Detailing LLC, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding your appointments, services, customer support, and promotional offers.

What Text Messages We Send

Depending on your interactions and preferences, JD Car Detailing LLC may send text messages that include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation updates

  • Service updates and notifications

  • Estimates, invoices, and payment-related communications

  • Responses to customer questions and requests

  • Follow-ups regarding completed services

  • Special offers, discounts, promotions, and other marketing messages

Promotional messages will only be sent to customers who have opted in to receive marketing communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, interactions with JD Car Detailing LLC, and promotional campaigns. You may receive multiple messages around an appointment or service and occasional promotional messages.

There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of messages you will receive.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data according to the terms of your wireless plan. JD Car Detailing LLC is not responsible for any message or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Policies

- Appointments are required and can be scheduled online or by phone.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

- Payment is due upon completion of services and can be made via cash, credit card, or mobile payment.

- If a customer fails to pay upon completion of services, their card stored on file will be charged

- Satisfaction is guaranteed; if a customer is not satisfied, JD Car Detailing LLC will re-address the concern at no extra charge.

- Vehicles must be present and accessible at the scheduled time for service.
